This is the 2019 Aquatic Effects Monitoring Program (AEMP) Re-evaluation for the Ekati Diamond Mine, submitted by Dominion Diamond Mines ULC to the Wek'èezhìi Land and Water Board. The report presents multivariate analyses of 21 years of AEMP data, evaluates the effectiveness of current monitoring protocols, proposes 26 recommendations for the 2020-2022 AEMP Design Plan, and includes a re-evaluation of the Aquatic Response Framework to incorporate lessons learned and address Board directives.
