The Wek'èezhìı Land and Water Board approved the 2022 AEMP Re-evaluation Report and AEMP Design Plan Version 8.0 with required revisions, and approved the Point Lake AEMP Design Plan Version 1.0 for integration into the site-wide plan. The Board rejected Arctic's recommendations to remove zinc from water and sediment quality monitoring, required expanded non-lethal Slimy Sculpin sampling, and directed clarifications on uranium benchmarks and Response Framework procedures.
