Adds discussion of enforceability for human-health concerns, early-warning levels and adaptive management triggers, and the integration of Traditional Knowledge (TK) — emphasizing TK should be obtained at the pre-baseline stage rather than later, because AEMP is largely written as a western-science process. Elders and scientists should both be involved early.
