Independent Environmental Monitoring Agency (IEMA) Performance Evaluation Report (Macleod Institute, March 2000)
The Macleod Institute conducted a comprehensive performance evaluation of the Independent Environmental Monitoring Agency (IEMA), examining the Agency's effectiveness in meeting its responsibilities under the Environmental Agreement governing the Ekati Diamond Mine.
