DDMI submits a technical report to the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board regarding the Jay Project environmental assessment, arguing that the proposed Jay Project would adversely affect DDMI's ability to operate and close the Diavik Mine by worsening water quality in Lac de Gras and reducing caribou use of the reclaimed mine site during the critical closure period (2023-2030).
