Kodiak Lake Sewage Effects Study Technical Report, Ekati Diamond Mine (BHP Billiton, January 2000)
This technical report presents results from the 1999 Kodiak Lake Sewage Effects Study, the third and final year of a three-year monitoring program examining the effects of treated sewage effluent discharge on the lake ecosystem. The report documents changes in water quality, biological communities, sediment conditions, and fish populations from 1994–1999, and includes dissolved oxygen modelling and assessment of downstream impacts on Little Lake.
