Proposal for a Joint Letter on Cumulative Effects on Wildlife (EMAB, July 2004)
EMAB proposes that IEMA and EMAB jointly send a letter to DIAND requesting that DIAND convene a workshop on cumulative effects of diamond mining on wildlife, rather than IEMA and EMAB pursuing the workshop independently.
