Marianne Bromley, a wildlife biologist and environmental consultant, submits written and oral testimony opposing the proposed BHP Diamonds Inc. NWT Diamonds Project, arguing that the Environmental Impact Statement lacks adequate baseline data and scientific understanding of tundra ecosystem processes necessary for sound assessment of environmental impacts.
