Aquatic Effects Monitoring Program (AEMP) Fish Response Plan, Version 1.2, Ekati Diamond Mine (Dominion Diamond, June 2018)
Dominion Diamond Ekati ULC submits Version 1.2 of the Response Plan for Fish to the Wek'èezhìi Land and Water Board, addressing low action level exceedances for antimony, molybdenum, selenium, uranium, and EROD activity in fish tissue detected in the 2012 Aquatic Effects Monitoring Program. The plan proposes low, medium, and high action levels with rationale for response actions to manage mine-related changes in fish tissue contaminants while maintaining protection of the aquatic receiving environment.
